4th of July in China – Personal

The 4th of July is one of my FAVORITE holidays. In America, its an excuse for family to get together, eat good food, play water volleyball, and go see fireworks! Last year, we got to go home for 2 weeks, and see our families and celebrate this wonderful holiday of Independence! Unfortunately this year we did not get to go home 🙁 So I tried to make the best of it. To most people, this party looks quite lame.. cookies and brownies are not something to get so excited over, but in CHINA they ARE! You can’t just find cookies and brownies anywhere people! So we ate good food, and ended the party by watching the funniest show ever, WIPEOUT!! Here are a few photos from our party..oh and yes.. I drew the flag picture.. I’m not so good at drawing..lol
